Controller and scope

SIMORA, operating from Israel, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers the website, account, Mini App, purchases, eSIM delivery and support. Privacy contact: admin@simora.me.

Information you provide

We collect information you submit when creating an account, purchasing or managing an eSIM, using referral or bonus features, and contacting support.

• Name, email address, preferred language and verification status
• Order, package, destination, price, currency, payment status and transaction reference
• eSIM delivery, installation and provider-related identifiers
• Support messages, refund requests, promo, bonus and referral information

Technical and security information

When you use SIMORA we may record IP address, browser, device, language, session, login and security events, timestamps, and essential cookie or local-storage identifiers. Passwords are stored using one-way protection; we do not display them in readable form.

Whether information is required

Providing information is generally voluntary. Fields marked as required are necessary to create or secure an account, process payment, deliver an eSIM, answer a request or comply with law. Without them, the relevant service may not be available.

Purposes of processing

We use information only for stated and compatible purposes.

• Authenticate users and protect accounts, including email verification and optional two-factor authentication
• Process orders, payments, discounts, cancellations, refunds, eSIM delivery and top-ups
• Operate the account, order history, referrals, bonuses and support tickets
• Prevent fraud, diagnose faults, secure the service and meet accounting or legal duties
• Improve reliability, localization and usability using proportionate operational data

Recipients and service providers

Information is disclosed only as needed to payment processors, eSIM and connectivity providers, email, hosting, security and support providers, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Payment card data is entered with the active payment provider; SIMORA retains transaction details such as amount, status and provider reference rather than the full card number.

Cookies and communications

Essential cookies and similar storage support login, security, language, cart and referral attribution. Service and transactional messages may be sent for verification, orders, delivery, security and support. Marketing messages are sent only where a lawful consent or permission applies and include a way to stop them.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, account operation, security, disputes and applicable tax, accounting or legal obligations. Retention periods differ by record type. Data is then deleted, anonymized or securely restricted unless further retention is required by law.

Access and correction rights

Under sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, a person may request access to personal information held about them and request correction or deletion where the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not current, subject to legal exceptions. Data security

SIMORA applies administrative, technical and organizational safeguards in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 2017, including access controls, logging, authentication, backups and incident handling appropriate to the database. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Transfers outside Israel

Providers or connectivity partners may process information outside Israel. Transfers are made subject to the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 2001 and appropriate contractual, legal or security safeguards.

Children

SIMORA is intended for persons able to enter a valid purchase agreement. A parent or guardian should make the purchase where required. We do not knowingly seek personal information from a child who cannot lawfully provide it.

Law, changes and contact

This policy is governed by the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, including Amendment 13, and applicable regulations. We may update the policy when services or legal requirements change and will show the current date here. Questions and rights requests: admin@simora.me.
